Q: How long does it take to get DISH Network installed ? A: We can usually install your system within 3 days of your order in our Local Service Areas.
Q: Do I have to have a telephone line connected to the satellite receiver(s) ? A: NO... however... you may miss out on the dual-tuner savings, and on some special events programming, DISH Home features, and so on. S: We recommend having a telephone line connected, however it is not required. We offer remote cordless phone jacks and wiring services if necessary!
Q: Can I get the Distant Network Channels from New York or L.A.? A: No... at least not here in Northwestern Montana. But the good news is that you can now receive ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and PBS being broadcast over satellite out of Missoula, Montana, instead... (local weather, news, sports, etc.)
Q: Can I cancel my service when I go on vacation ? A: Yes, if you are not under a contract for service. Some small disconnect, reconnect fees may apply! A: No, if you are under your initial contract for service. If you cancel your service for any reason while under contract, DISH Network may ask us to collect your equipment and charge you a significant cancellation fee.
Q: Can I get DISH Network for my RV ? A: Yes... check out our MotoSat Mobile Satellite Television systems. S: You cannot get "local channels" over the satellite, however an "RV Waiver" is available that will allow you to get the Distant Networks (L.A., New York) ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, FOX.
