Your new HughesNet system order includes a FREE STANDARD PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION in our Local Service Areas.
If you need your HughesNet / DirecWay system re-installed, the standard professional installation is available to you for $ 200.00 in our Local Service Areas.
The standard installation includes mounting your Internet dish on a wall mount from 5' to 8' above ground on a south-facing outside wall, grounding the system to a ground point within 30' of the dish, the dual cable run from the dish to the modem through 1 exterior wall, connection to 1 computer via a standard Ethernet cable / port and verification of Internet access on the installers laptop. Any options, services, additional mileage / travel expenses, pole mounts, conduit, trenching, etc. is sold separately. (Example: Pole mounts - $ 150.00, crawl space or attic runs - $ 35.00, wall box installed w/ flush mount wall jack - $ 25.00, additional labor - $ 65.00 per hour)
If you wish to save some $$ on your installation by installing your own pole mount (ground mount). The following instructions are meant to assist you in doing so. Please note that we cannot guarantee your installation if you install your own pole mount, but you will save some $$ in doing so.
