REGISTERING YOUR HUGHESNET SYSTEM / HUGHESNET E-MAIL ACCOUNT SETUP

Once your system is online, it's a good idea to register with HughesNet so that you can setup your e-mail accounts, adjust your billing and payment methods, and more!

Your installer should have assisted you in installing a HughesNet CD that's included with your modem. This CD will help you setup your e-mail account, register with HughesNet, and give you helpful tips and tricks and troubleshooting information, should you ever need it. If you have not yet registered and setup your e-mail accounts, please continue with the steps below:

	You will need your site ID, serial number, SAN and Phone number for this step. You can find this information at http://192.168.0.1 under System Information or in the paperwork that the installer should have left behind for you.
	Open your Internet Browser and go to http://customercare.myhughesnet.com/register.html to register your HughesNet system.
	Click in the top box if you have a DW5000, DW7000, or HN7000S modem, click in the bottom box if you have a DW4000 or DW4020.
	Enter your Site ID, Serial Number, SAN and Phone Number and click Submit.
	Follow the directions to setup your registration username and password and so on.
	This is also where you can create your default HughesNet E-mail address.
	Once you have setup your accounts, etc., preview the information, then you should print the page for your records.

E-MAIL SOFTWARE SETUP FOR YOUR HUGHESNET E-MAIL ACCOUNT

HughesNet offers a handy tool to help you configure your e-mail software with your new HughesNet Account Settings. This "Java Powered" E-mail Configuration Tool can be found at the bottom left of the HughesNet Portal page at http://customercare.myhughesnet.com/ .
