Troubleshooting If you are experiencing problems with your HughesNet system, open your browser window and enter http://192.168.0.1 into the address (URL) bar. A page should open that will show you the current status of your HughesNet system. If the little button is green, you should be online and able to surf the net. If it is yellow or green, there is a problem and you should restart the system to correct the problem. You can click on the green, red or yellow button for more information if necessary.
There is basically one fix that may be necessary if the button is red or yellow... that is:
If the HughesNet modem lights are all on, you should be able to surf the net. If the HughesNet modem lights are not all on, you should contact HughesNet support at 1-866-347-3292
