The following describes our "Local Service Areas" for each system and service we offer.  Any site-survey, installation, or service calls quoted on this site assume a location in these Local Service Areas.  While we are happy to assist you if you are outside of our Local Service Areas, additional travel / mileage and expense charges may apply.

 

The following areas assume that we can get to your location via our front-wheel drive mini-van service vehicles.  If getting to your site requires a 4x4, additional travel time due to extraordinary travel conditions, additional fees will apply!

Special Areas Requiring Additional Fees:

 

	Polebridge, Montana (Additional $ 60.00 travel fee applies due to road conditions / time required, etc.)

Additional travel / mileage rates calculation:

    We charge $ 1.00 per mile, one-way to destinations over the above mentioned distances and for every 350 miles there-after, an additional $ 80.00 lodging expense fee is required as well.

 

Example:  A stationary satellite Internet system Installation around Billings, Montana is approx. 462 miles from us (Kalispell, MT) per Yahoo Maps.

               The fist 50 miles is included in the standard installation price... the difference is 412 miles @ $1.00 per mile = $ 412.00.

               The drive is more than 350 miles and will require at least one overnight stay which is an additional $ 80.00, for a total travel fee of $ 492.00.

Installations and service calls in our local service areas are typically scheduled for either an "AM" visit or a "PM" visit between those hours.
Our satellite Internet service call rates are currently $90.00 for the first hour and $65.00 for each additional hour in our local service areas.
Our satellite television service call rates are currently $90.00 for the first hour and $45.00 for each additional hour in our local service areas.
Areas outside of our local service areas are billed an additional $1 per mile one-way for travel / mileage expenses.
Installations are typically offered at a base price + non-standard materials and labor.

After hours, weekend, Holiday, or "Expedited" requests are quoted accordingly.
We are typically 1 - 2 days out on service calls and 2 - 5 days out on new system installations.
