The standard installation prices quoted above includes a pole mount in concrete and the return trip required completing the installation, as well as a dual cable run from the dish to the modem through 1 exterior wall, connection to 1 computer via a standard Ethernet cable / port and verification of Internet access on the installers laptop.   Any options, services, additional mileage / travel expenses, networking, conduit, trenching, etc. is sold separately.
(Example:  crawl space or attic runs - $ 35.00, wall box installed w/ flush mount wall jack - $ 25.00, additional labor - $ 45.00 per hour)

 

Unless otherwise specified, site surveys are $ 90.00 in our local service areas.

Service calls (when and if required) are billed at $ 65.00 for the first hour and $ 45.00 for each additional hour.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE:  ViaSat Installations require communication during the installation to the ViaSat Network Operations Center.  If there is no communication (landline, cellular service, satellite phone available, etc.) at the installation location, we must charge an additional $100.00 for the rental and use of a satellite telephone system in order to install your system.
