If you have HughesNet service though Montana Satellite Services via one of our HughesNet VARs, you can use this form to request changes (suspension, cancellation, upgrades, downgrades, etc.) for your HughesNet VAR Account / monthly service plan!

Please note that we can only “suspend” service for 6 months at a time, and if you want to suspend your service, please put an “expected return date” in the notes section to help prevent your account from being canceled!

Also… no matter what changes you are requesting to your account, please make sure that you receive a confirmation from us with a confirmation number and credit memo or whatever so that you KNOW your service has been updated.   Montana Satellite does not bill for monthly service and we have no control over billing, credits, or refunds, so you will want to make sure that we have received your request and that it was processed accordingly to ensure that you will not be billed for future service!

If you are upgrading your service, or changing your billing information, we will need you to fill out and return a Credit Card Authorization form for the new amount of the monthly service!  We will send you that form as soon as we receive your account update form submission or you can download it here:  HMS Credit Card Authorization Form for HughesNet VAR Accounts
